Welcome to the Junior High After Sports Program. You are eligible to coach once the following is completed and turned into the Athletic Directors at Blach Intermediate or Egan Junior High.

  • Coordinator Contract
  • Coaching Requirements and Contract
  • W-9 Form
  • Concussion Training
  • Volunteer Application if volunteering (coordinated by each school's Athletic Director)
