Mission Trails Waste Systems (MTWS), effective September 1, 2010, is the new residential and commercial waste collection service provider in the City of Los Altos. Services include weekly pick-up of garbage, organics (food/yard waste), and recyclables. Residential service also includes weekly collection of certain types of household hazardous waste.
