Capital Improvement Program

The Capital Improvement Program (CIP) represents the City's capital maintenance and upgrade plan. This important document not only defines the limits of spending authority but also sets forth a strategy to address the City's infrastructure needs. 

The City develops a 5-year CIP that projects forward its capital needs with a focus on public safety and welfare, transportation, street maintenance, parks, sewer systems, technology, and general infrastructure. The Adopted 5-Year CIP Plan for FY 2022-2026 is now available.
