In order for us to best serve your needs, the following information should be filled out as completely and accurately as possible. Complaints that come in to Code Enforcement are not necessarily public record. It is our policy to try and maintain confidentiality whenever possible.

This form will be e-mailed to the Code Enforcement Officer and responded to in the order it was received. You will be contacted by phone or e-mail if additional information is required.
