The Los Altos Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC)

BPAC advises the Los Altos Traffic Commission on bicycle and pedestrian issues, recommends updates to the city’s Bicycle Transportation Plan, and identifies and prioritizes projects that will improve bicycle and pedestrian safety and access within Los Altos.

The committee meets on the third Wednesday of the month (except December) at 7:00 p.m. in Room 18 at the Hillview Community Center, 97 Hillview Avenue, Los Altos. The public is invited to attend. Public Comments on items not on the agenda are heard at the beginning of the meeting.

Meetings in 2010: January 20, February 17, March 17, April 21, May 19, June 16, July 21, August 18, September 15, October 20, November 17.

The Los Altos BPAC consists of a city of Los Altos staff liaison and seven volunteer members who each serve for a term of 4 years.
